Sinara places great value in the growth and development of all of their employees. You will be supported throughout your career by an experienced mentor. As your career progresses, we will work with you to shape the scope of your role.

We encourage everyone within Sinara to take responsibility in a variety of areas including client relationship management, product & library development, technical quality, recruitment and mentoring.

We also allow staff to engage in research projects into new and emerging technologies as well as undertake training that will enhance their skills.
