Our LLM Intellectual Property Law cuts across disciplines, sectors and perspectives with opportunities to critically reflect and explore the challenges from every aspect, from commercial business to fashion, medicine to the creative arts.
This programme is ideal for anyone seeking knowledge of the main legislative instruments at both a national and international level. Students will have the opportunity to develop familiarity with some of the major cases and developments in these areas. Intellectual Property law is constantly responding to technological developments, and our diverse curriculum reflects this.
