GMTS is an award-winning graduate scheme, with non-clinical placements available in NHS organisations across England.

On completing the Scheme, you’ll join our GMTS alumni network – benefiting from the support of GMTS graduates, including many high-profile NHS leaders, throughout your career. On average, trainees earn around £44,000 in their first NHS role after completing the Scheme.
