We are now looking for several Operational Delivery Team Leaders to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As an Operational Delivery Team Leader, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and leadership of the delivery of regulatory compliance within high-risk buildings.

You will lead and manage the multi-disciplinary leads who are responsible for regulatory decision-making, shaping an internal culture of high performance and continuous improvement and embedding cultural change in building safety in your community.

Supporting multi-disciplinary team operations, you’ll build effective working relationships at a regional level, ensure resources are effectively managed within and across regions and oversee all aspects of operational performance and delivery.

Additionally, you will:

  • Support the professional development of your team
  • Support complex regulatory decision-making
  • Oversee responses to queries, complaints, reviews and official correspondence

What we are looking for

To be considered as an Operational Delivery Team Leader, you will need:

  • Experience of managing and developing multiple teams
  • Leadership / management experience in either risk management, compliance assessment or property management
  • Experience of identifying early signs of issues or risks and responding by implementing necessary changes that add value and deliver business objectives
  • Experience of working in partnership with multiple stakeholders
  • Effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical ability
  • At a minimum, a level 5 qualification in risk management, compliance assessment, building planning or design, property management or development or operational delivery
