Get a head start on your career by taking part in one of our three day in-person Spring Insight Programs during your first year of a three-year degree, or second year of a four-year degree.
This year we are offering two separate programmes. One will introduce you to the wide range of junior talent careers available in Banking and Markets in the EMEA region which is based in London. The other, based in Chester, will introduce you to our Technology opportunities in the EMEA region.
You’ll also have the opportunity to be considered for a place on our Summer Internship Program for the following year.
As a Spring Insight Program participant, you can expect to:
- Learn about the work and culture of the whole organization
- Find out why Bank of America is a Great Place to Work
- Gain an insight into our business
- Take part in interactive breakout sessions and simulations with two lines of business of your preference
- Develop professional skills and learn to navigate and prepare for our intern recruitment process
- Network with business representatives and student peers
What we are looking for
- Candidates should be pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university expecting to graduate in 2026
- Have obtained a minimum of 112 UCAS points at A levels or equivalent
- Studying towards any degree subject
- Strong academics are important, but you’ll also need to demonstrate key qualities such as teamwork, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in the financial services
- Fluency in English, a second language desirable
