I remember reading something like 40% of the population have an insecure attachment style (I’m surprised it’s not more). It affects EVERYTHING in your life from how you speak, react, feel; mostly on auto-pilot without you even realizing. Your subconscious is driving everything, even though your conscious knows something is off. You need to clear and heal it.
Personal Development School uses CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) to bring to light your blindspots and then reframe and reprogram your autopilot thoughts by connecting to your emotions and wounds.
Sometimes you see what’s happening but you just “can’t help it”. I’ve been taking the courses for several months now and it’s been great, slowly seeing changes and applying them in different areas of my life.
