Supply Chain Graduate Scheme

Job description

Finished your degree and ready to develop your smart business thinking into a full-blown career? Join the Supply Chain Graduate Scheme here at Nestlé and you’ll learn to shape the end-to-end process that starts in our factories and ends with products on the shelves for customers to buy. Immerse yourself in the workings of the world’s biggest food and drink manufacturer and come out ready to drive a spectacular career with us.

You may have placements in Demand and Supply Planning, Procurement, Customer Service or Logistics, completing three over two years. Supported by our mentors, you’ll develop expertise in the fundamental principles of Supply Chain as you get involved with everything from contract negotiation and sales forecasting to production planning and stakeholder management. You’ll finish our programme as a Supply Chain specialist capable of driving efficiency at a multinational company.

Need to relocate? Talk to us about how we can support you.

What we are looking for

You’ll need a degree, but that can be in any subject and at any grade—what’s most important is you’re 100% committed to the career path you’ve chosen and will give everything you’ve got into your development. That’s how you’ll secure yourself a role that you can progress as far as you want.

You will need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.

Our Supply Chain Graduate Scheme could be based at one of our various sites across the UK so being geographically mobile is key.
