Our Human Resources Programme
- Our bespoke Scottish HR Programme is two years in length and will give you experience within the central HR functions to provide you with the breadth of knowledge, behaviours, and skills necessary to enter future senior HR roles. Carefully planned training and experience will give you a greater understanding of how HR works at Bakkavor.
- You will be exposed to all HR aspects of the business, including People Services, Systems, Resourcing, Employee Relations, L&D, Performance and Talent Management, HR Analytics, Employment Law and Reward Management.
- Your target role when you reach the end of your Programme will be an HR Business Partner position.

What we are looking for
- We are looking for graduates who can combine excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with a business-focused approach.
- The pace is fast, so you’ll need excellent organisational skills too.
- Having an inquisitive nature and an inbuilt desire to challenge the norms is the key to success.

- Achieved at least a 2:2 honours degree in any discipline
- Three months' work experience in an HR related position
- An existing ‘right to work’ in the UK
- A clearly articulated motivation to progress your career in HR in the food industry
- Flexibility to complete two rotational placements - Year 1 in Bo’ness
- Graduates who align to the Bakkavor Values and represent a good value fit to our organisation

How to apply

If successful, we will invite you to an assessment centre in January or February 2024 and these interviews are for a September 2024 start on the programme.
