About this role
Everyone these days knows how key commercial and business acumen is to any business. Data helps us to drive change, spot trends, and explore new opportunities.
You’ll be joining a team of highly skilled business operational specialist and learn how to ensure the quality and accuracy of data by applying data cleansing and standardisation techniques.
You’ll work on some of our strategic projects that involve collecting and analysing data from different sources and stakeholders. You will use your skills to identify areas for improvement and design solutions that will transform our business processes and outcomes.
You’ll learn how to present your findings and insights in a clear and engaging way using reports and dashboards that you will create and improve.
You will work closely with other teams to deliver value-added solutions that meet the needs of our business.
We will provide you with all the training, support, and resources you need to develop your skills and become a competent and confident chartered manager within our business unit.
This role is available in the Digital parts of our business.
Entry Requirements
You’ll need to achieve three A-Levels grades with grades BBC or above. You’ll also need five GCSE’s at grades 4-9 (C or above), including English Language and Maths. Equivalent qualifications are accepted.

Annual October salary increases providing all role and academic performance measures achieved:
- Year 1 – 12.5%
- Year 2 – 15%
- Year 3 – 17.5%
Training
About the apprenticeship you’ll study for
As a Chartered Manager Degree Apprentice, you’ll study for a Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree programme. This is an apprenticeship degree course and on successful completion, you’ll receive a degree from one of our university partners (completion is required to retain the role).
The degree course runs for four years and is a work-based learning degree. You’ll spend a minimum of 20% of your time learning and studying.
