About this role
Working with our Corporate Units Product team will give you the experience in building products that customers use and love every day.
User centred design, optimising user journeys, creating great experiences and solving user problems are a critical part of this role.
What features do customer want? How could we make an existing journey better? What are competitors doing? What does the future vision for Digital experience look like? These are the types of questions you’ll be asking and finding solutions for every single day
We’ll give you on the job training and access to our in-house product management training and development programmes and product partners to help support your learning and development needs throughout.
We provide you with the exposure you need to become a commercially savvy product professional within the relevant business unit, allow you to lead product teams to creating products that truly delight our customers.

This graduate programme is available in the Digital part of our business.

£33,500
This is a 24-month Graduate position, followed by a permanent position in this Business Unit at the end of the programme.
