About this role

Everyone these days knows how key data is to any business. Data helps influence change, demonstrate trends, and show a business what new directions to take. Working on some of our transformational projects, you’ll source data from around the business to identify opportunities for business improvements and change, developing change journeys, through to delivery of these projects as a data expert.

You’ll be joining a team of highly skilled commercial data analysts to source, extract, validate, integrate, organise, and analyse data from multiple sources aligned to business challenges to enable critical business decisions, driving transformation and business change. You’ll learn to apply data cleansing techniques and data standardisation rules to help keep documents and data quality up to date to uncover trends and present findings in a compelling way.

You’ll develop coding skills relevant to data manipulation to automate data collection and integration, taking a user-centred approach to uplifting the value of self-serve capabilities.

You will apply your data expertise to develop, design, build and iterate reports and dashboards that intuitively visualise actionable data and insight for stakeholders and collaborate with relevant teams to develop business value added solutions.

We’ll give you on the job training and access to our internal learning platforms and the exposure you need to become a commercially savvy professional within the relevant business unit.
